Obviously not It's supposed to be the grand opening day but the spoilers also reveal that Alfie's plan suffers a setback. It only gets delayed for about one week or so.
I know I've asked before but got no reply. Does anyone know who lives in the houses on the right in George street?
No one at the moment.
No.87 (nearest the bridge) is currently the King George House B&B . It was previously a house belonging to Kathy's brother, Ted Hills and his family, then to Terry and Irene.
No.89 is owned by Ian Beale and is currently divided into flats. The top flat was home to Ronnie in early 2009 and again at the start of this year. Previous tenants have included Syd & Amira; Pat Evans and the Foxes.
At one time the top 2 floors were a single house occupied by the DiMarcos. Whilst Beppe DiMarco lived in the basement flat with his son. The basement flat then became home to Billy Mitchell, who at various times shared with Janine and then Little Mo.
No.91 is currently unoccupied. For a while 91a was home to Minty.

I notice a To let sign has appeared over one of the shops in Turpin Road and a Sold sign on the Argee Bahji (sp). I wonder if we're going to see some new characters?
Billy: Yeah alright, how would you like being told what time you could leave the house like some flippin' school kid? Carol: I wouldn't. But then I wouldn't break the law in the first place. Billy: Merry bleedin' Christmas to you too.
I doubt it. Probably just a scene at the fruit n' veg stall.
That's what I think as well. Billy will have his hands full with Julie anyway. But I know there are still some unfinished business between him and Carol (and I guess after next week that'll be the end of it).
Funny how people condone adultery and affairs isn't it? And given stacey's leaving, it doesn't last more than a few weeks...so why bother being happy about it?
Carol: I'm not going to dignify that with an answer. Heather: Ignore her, she's just jealous anyway. Carol: And what is that supposed to mean? Heather: Oh, no, nothing...

oo. is my imagination going over drive here cos they could be talking about phil & shirley... because i swear phil is in that script with jay before he says "and ben"
