It says it needs to install Origin before the game can be installed. Origin has installed and ready to use but the game won't intstall.
It constantly just keeps loading an egg timer then doing nothing. I've tried inserting the disc over and over and it won't do anything!!!
Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to resolve?

Have you gone to the menu & Origin > Redeem Product Code, and putting in the number on the DVD case/ manual? Then you should just be able to download the game through Origin.
That worked! It's now downloading.
