ITV2 Katona deceit

The previous "real life " documentaries on Kerry Katona claimed to be an open honest revealing truthful account of Kerry Katonas life. Now their trying to sell the new series as exactly that saying they will show Kerry getting her life together after heavy drug use---ermmm that just completly discredits the previous series of Katona which claimed to be honest and open yet HID her drug abuse from the viewer and colluded in a sense with her denial of the problemand helping her fixate on portraying a false image to make money which then fed into her drug habit.

Why should we believe the realism and honesty of this new series given that they colluded in this dishonesty in the past?

OP, you should realise a LOT of TV (well, probably all of it) is heavily censured/edited to make it entertaining to watch. I havent seen any of the shows you mention above, but if Katona was in denial then thats part of her problem. Did you expect the cameras to show her buying her stash from the local dealers and then sniffing it ? :)

These programmes are made by her agents who are working in their own interests not the broadcasters, definately not viewers and possibly not even the 'celeb'.

I've just made a discovery about the Kerry Katona programme that must cast doubt on her claims about what recently changed her life and the integrity of ITV2 bosses.

It may well justify an OFCOM investigation into the basis of the current series.

I think the point being made is that it was said the previous programmes were a true and full expose of her life...from what she is saying now that clearly was not the case.

Who's to say the current series made by her agent isn't merely yet again another 'image' makeover rather than the reality of the situation.

Why is the programme so dependent on clients and products promoted by Kerry's agent to support her?

This woman is pathetic i have never watched her show and i wouldnt if u payed me. The whole British public saw those pics of her snorting cocaine add to that she became bankrupt. My hat goes off to Brian Mcfadden he got out of there just in time, in the ealry days when he first met her she was a really nice girl but i guess somewhere down the line she just lost it. I read somewhere that she has lived in 29 houses says it all really then about the people she must of hanged around with.

I think anything 'fly on the wall' or 'reality' that has been commissioned by Katona / her agent really is nothing other than PR and should be taken with a pinch of salt.

As for the last 'documentary' - I don't know what happened but in the one where it was shown Katona & Mark screaming and shouting and scaring the kids, filming was cut short by Katona who refused to collaborate any further. So evidently that was edited and aired without her having viewed it or approved it - the nearest thing to reality in existence probably.

She lived in so many houses because she was homeless and in the care system! I suppose you would blame an innocent young child for the sins of their irresponsible, suicidal, drunken, drugged, mentally ill mother? Maybe you should read her biography to fuel your hatred on facts instead of ignorance.

There is no evidence to suggest anything other than McFadden treated her atrociously. She didn't 'lose it' until after he destroyed her entire world and faith in humanity. There's a lot of bad decisions she made and stupid things she's done but I wouldn't wish what McFadden put her through on anyone.

The worst thing anyone can do for KK is to make excuses. She needs to take the blame for her addictions - until she does that, she will never be able to control them. It will just be a case of going back on the drugs and blaming other people for it.

I think MTV and Max Clifford didn't have any issues with honesty regarding her last series. CAN is more family orientated. We saw what they did with Jordan, making her look like her saint. I think the blood tests are the step in the right direction. I don't think Claire would defend drug use just to carry on with a TV series. She's built up a reputation as a great PR woman and won't let some talentless woman ruin that.

Kerry is not to blame for her childhood and the fact she was moved around from home to home. That is the point I was making if you read it properly.

Just tuned in for the first time to see if she really does look like she's on drugs like most people seem to think and no evidence so far. I was just about to switch over when her 'life coaches' came on. The Speakmans! Now I seem to remember some bad publicity about these two a few years back. Maybe unqualified, maybe ex-porn stars, maybe both, I just can't remember. Whatever, they sound like a pair of con artists to me.

The Speakmans, 'therapists' who amazingly carry out their 'therapy' on tv and life coaches to Kerry just happen to be managed by - surprise, surprise - Claire Powell's CAN. Same goes for GI Jane Boot Camp where Kerry just happened to go in the previous episode. The whole series is just one long, deeply dishonest commercial for Claire Powell and her business ventures.

In July Nik Speakman said he couldn't talk about his client KK, implying it was for confidentiality reasons.

Found this written in July 2008
So impressed were Katie Price (Jordan) & Peter Andre with "The Speakman's" skills that they also invited them onto their TV Show to help them!

Looks like their house that was on the market for £2.4m in July is now available for under £2m.

From this latest CAN Associates revealation it would seem it's the public that is being treated........as smucks.

Has she ever apologised to her mother who she publicly accused of lying, when infact she was telling the truth about her addiction to drugs.

I think this is Kerry's life as she knows it, or how she wants us to know it. I have only seen one episode, I watched her MTV reality show, and always thought she was off her face. I don't like they way she fawns over her kids now and uses them to promote her image, she treated them like shit in the previous reality series!

same goes for all the people who sold stories to the press about kez n marks drug benders ,at the time kez said they were all liars! turns out it was kez who was lying!:D

i also seem to remember that during series with mtv she did at one time do a drug test which was negative:rolleyes: but as we all know now she was on drugs as the vid of her in her bathroom showed her doing so.
