TV signal down

Hi I am in Bristol BS3 area and wondering if anyone else is experiencing TV problems.
Both boxes in house have just stopped working.
Broadband still working so wondering is it an area or all UK problem.

Status page when you do login doesn't say anything yet. Seems to be confined to the West region from the posts.

Sounds like the same issue I'm having, see my thread here - http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=41173888#post41173888

Is your box a new one? I think there may be a bad batch being installed at the moment, I've had mine less than 2 weeks.

Yep, about a month old. It's just annoying that I've had to reboot the box because of the area fault. Plus I've now since tried to ring up but they won't take it because "there's a area fault." How can it be an area fault if the box isn't booting to talk to the network! Gerr:mad:

There was an issue in London (Harrow/Uxbridge) for both Broaband and TV (this Sunday) although the phone was working. We were down for an hour or so. I did call customer services and got told that £5 would be credited to my account although was not particularly happy at losing both TV and Broadband for so long and the £5 does not really cover the loss of both services being down..... Am I being unreasonable?

You lost service for one hour? and got £5 for it.

Given 720 hours in a month, you probably pay no more than £85 in service charges - a direct pro rata payment would be 12p.

So I think you should be pleased with what you've got.
