Anyone wonder why you no longer get coffee creams in Roses & Quality Street?

We got a big tin of both and neither have my old fave the coffee cream in it. Booo is all I can say

The best are those golden round ones.
In the Roses one I love the purple ones with the hazelnut in.
Does anyone think that although they are like cheap as chips to buy the boxes don't have as many choccies in as they used to?
Yeah I also feel the quality of the chocolate and the fillings has gone slightly downhill, same with "Milk tray"
No need to wonder, the answer is simple.... it is because they are rank.

Glad it's not just me - I agree with the fillings thing as well. They don't just have that same WOW when you eat them especially the hazelnut ones.
In fact Cadbury's chocolate just isn't the same as it was:(
My opinion also. I love a cup of nice strong real coffee, but coffee flavoured chocolates are vile !
Doesn't that Revels advert have the guys doing 'Russian Roulette' and the one with the 'coffee' everyone goes ahhhhh. heee hee.
They should still put them in though - then we could share - I'd have the toffees and nuts you could have the coffee creams!
Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. I find them all too sickly sweet now & I do miss the coffee ones.
They're my favourites! It's impossible to find coffee flavoured chocolate these days.

I miss the coffee ones too! I'll eat the orange creams, but not too fond of the strawberry ones.
I miss the days (last year!) when you could buy a bar of coffee flavoured galaxy chocolate. *sigh* *drool*

Oooh yes, so do I! Thank heavens for Whittards! In fact, it is the only way I will eat white chocolate (*barf smilie*). But sometimes I want smooth creamy coffee chocolate and not bitty crunchy stuff.

Was just thinking how Roses and Quality street used to be a real treat when I was a kid (25 years ago mind). Now they're so common and cheap I don't really like them anymore.
