FFXIV Subscriptions Problem

Hey,

So Iv come to the end of the free 30 days.

I went into my moogle/square Enix account and bought a 30 day standard subscription, which I allowed to be automatically renewed (Because I saw no choice surprisingly)

Anyway, gave them personal/bank details and presumably paid as I had to select what I wanted, but I can't play.

Trying to play on ps3 and it's acting as if it's the first time iv tried (Asking for a promotion code etc)

So what now....? Iv payed but can't play?

When the subscription was active, it had no mention of payment or having a 30 day allowance, when I cancelled the subscription it went back to saying I had 1 days free trial left (Which I don't because I can't play).

What should I do?

(I'm playing on the digital standard edition I.e. No disc)

(Really really hate how they've gone about pretty much everything to do with ffxiv, far too shady/complicated)
