    Breakfast- 1/2 pint of Pinot Grigio, washed down with Eggs Benedict and a large G&T,
    Elevenses- 3 cans of Holsten Pils,
    Lunch- 1 litre of Mateus Rose' and a packet of Chipsticks (salt+vinegar flavour)
    Dinner- Bottle of Thunderbird (red label, naturally) and a pack of Batchelor's Super Noodles (chicken flavour), the noodles are nice straight out of the foil.
    Supper- Pint of Famous Grouse whisky with a dash of soda (easy on the soda)
    I'm off to my work now

    11am Omelette and one piece of toast. Cup of tea.

    2pm Nandos medium hot 1/4 chicken with chips and corn on the cob. Glass of Orange Fanta.

    3:30pm Magnum classic ice-cream.

    8:30pm Chicken curry with potato mash, rice and dahl. Glass of coke.

    I will also have a pot of yoghurt and a pot of chocolate mousse before bedtime.

    Didn't have any breakfast.

    Weight Watchers macaroni cheese for lunch at about 12:30pm.

    Weight Watchers salt & vinegar crisps some time in the afternoon.

    4 pieces of Weight Watchers bread and light mayonnaise for dinner at about 7:00pm. :o

    That is a lot for me to eat in one day and I feel quite sick now.

    Dinner ...1 ham sandwich and 3 ginger biscuits
    Tea ...1 banana and 2 slices of toast plus a bag of crisps
    plus for supper 5 cream crackers

    I couldnt be bothered to cook anything today

    Hi, I made the hummus, but its from River Cottage Every Day cookbook. Here's a link to channel 4 for the recipe:

    It uses bread instead of chickpeas for the base and it is GORGEOUS....very colourful, too!!

    I had some roast pork, rumbledethumps and some green medley for lunch.

    I had some homemade sponge pudding with jam for afternoon tea as it was freezing.

    I had a peanut butter sandwich for my supper.

    Yum, but what is green medley?

    breakfast - two cups of tea
    late lunch at 3pm - chicken casserole with dumplings. Tirimasu for pudding.
    cheese and biscuits and some olives at teatime.
    Ice cream any minute now.

    Breakfast: Bowl of rice krispies and orange juice

    Lunch: Tuna toastie, breadsticks, twix bar, packet of crisps & hot chocolate

    Dinner: 2 potato waffles, noodles, 3 sausages with 2 glasses of lemonade.

    Then since then I've had a bar of Galaxy Cookie Crumble or whatever it's called :o

    Breakfast-Anchovies with lemon juice and salt & pepper with unbuttered wholemeal toast
    Lunch-Don't eat lunch, though I had 3 mugs of tea
    Dinner-Ham & Tomato sandwiches with wholegrain mustard.

    Don't like to eat too much when working.

    Brekkie- £3 meal deal in Sainsbury which was Ham hock and cheese sarnie, Smokey bacon Walkers, bottle of Coke, plus a Boost

    Dinner- 2 hot sausage rolls out of Sainsbury, bag of Salt n vinegar French Fries, bottle of Coke, Frys chocolate cream

    Tea- Roast beef, roast taters, broccoli, peas, Yorkshire pud, onion gravy. Had an Aero finesse dessert for pud. Tin of Cherry Coke

    Supper- 4 handfulls of peanuts out of the Christmas tub, Creme Egg, 2 bottles of Coors light

    I do like noseying at what other people eat :D

    I had scrambled eggs with spinach for breakfast with orange juice

    lunch chicken salad with some grapes with a bottle of lucozade revive

    dinner was chicken with a jacket potato, broccoli & sweetcorn and an alpro soya chocolate dessert with some peanut butter mixed in & can of diet coke
