There is a lot of threads about Christmas Schedules and etc. so what would your dream schedule be for Christmas day?

Here’s mine, I have started at 5.30 but you can start whatever time :D

5.30 Little Britain Festive special of the show
6:00 Eastenders Guess we all need a bit of doom and gloom on Christmas day, but better it get it out the way
7:00 Doctor Who Yay! Best thing on the box, would have had it later but best this time where the whole family can watch
8:00 My Family Festive Special of the show, tho not the greatest ever comedy, it’s a good show to watch with the family, and the Christmas specials always seem a wee bit better than the series
9:00 Only Fools and Horses Now this is a dream! But imagine a brand new episode of OFAH, as good as Jolly Boys Outing or To Hull and Back! One so we can forget the recent ones like Sleepless of Peckham etc.

    Family Guy's Christmas Special
    Raiders of the Lost Ark
    Morecombe & Wise

Two pints of lager and a packet of crisps.
    The Bourne Supremacy
    The Ofiice
    The Catherine Tate Show. :D

    That would be perfect.

Here's my ideal BBC Christmas schedule - I've basically worked around the fact that they have only one decent show lined up for Christmas Day and decided to spend the entire day building up to that

    00:00 - News 24 simulcast.
05:00 - CBBC - Just show Christmas specials of all the half decent shows CBBC used to have.
    07:30 - News
    08:30 - Doctor Who - Rose
09:15 - Doctor Who - The End of the World
10:00 - Doctor Who - The Unquiet Dead
10:45 - Doctor Who - Aliens of London
11:30 - Doctor Who - World War Three
    12:15 - Doctor Who - Dalek
13:30 - Doctor Who - The Long Game
    14:15 - Doctor Who - Fathers Day
15:00 - The Queen's Speech (I'd rather not but I'd best appease the people who actually like the royal family)
15:15 - Doctor Who - The Empty Child
16:00 - Doctor Who - The Doctor Dances
    16:45 - Doctor Who - Boom Town
    17:30 - Doctor Who - Bad Wolf
18:15 - Doctor Who - The Parting of the Ways
19:00 - Doctor Who - The Christmas Invasion
20:00 - Doctor Who Confidential Christmas Special.
21:00 - Film Premiere - TBC (has to be recent, family friendly, good and can't have been scooped up by another channel yet - which is why I've yet to think of one)
    23:00 - News.

    14.00 soprano's christmas special

    - tony gets paulie and christopher to whack the christmas turkey, but gets into trouble when "gobbles" turns out to be a made turkey.

    15.00 the wire christmas special

    - the team capture on surveillence father christmas dropping over some presents in the projects. he is robbed by omar, and anyone who believes in santa claus is shot for snitching.

    16.00 the shield christmas special

    - mackie brutally assualts a prisoner after he denies the existence of father christmas. later he has christmas dinner with a russian gangster, a crack ****, and his mum.

    17.00 lost christmas special

    6 hour long special

the survivors gather for christmas dinner. lacking a turkey they use the dog instead. everyone has very tedious flashbacks to the christmas dinner they have at home, causing them to miss a search party that lands on the island.

Two Ronnies Sketch book is gonna be on so hope its Xmas Day, it is family tv followed by the Doctor Who special,
they shoud have done a similar idea to Ant & Dec gameshow marathon each day between Xmas and new year - gameshows used to be fun at xmas all celebs and charity but enjoyable

Comedy but cant think of one sitcom that jumps out at me so dare say it will have to be Little Britain and Catherine Tait, maybe a Xmas QI and Buzzcocks for later in the night too

what about at teatime a Paul O'gray show doing something like Noel and Cilla used to do making xmas dreams come true and giving out gifts to good causes - all that schmaltzy stuff with Paul O'Gradys edge

followed by a special with someone like Brian Connelly

Notice nobodys really picked any ITV shows goes to prove ITV just dont give a toss about Xmas as they cant sell advertising plus they have had a very poor year in the family entertainment categories if you take away reality shows and Ant & Dec

I honestly can't remember ever seeing ANYTHING on ITV xmas day. If there's something on the 'light' channel we usually tape it and stick to BBC.

It would also be good (albeit impossible) if Channel 4 produced brand new Christmas episodes of all the good shows they used to have featuring a new, extended, Spaced as a preview for an upcoming third series and followed by a propper final episode for Teachers and a new Adam and Joe featuring The X-Wing Factor and Donnie Darktoy.

ITV having a go for a change (not done so since 70's).
    No Snowman on Channel 4
    No Channel 5 (Please)
No Sky due to satellite blowing up and the debris landing on Murdoch and killing him.
Classic Christmas Specials from days gone by.
A Few Xmas Specials such as Cannon & ball (with some decent writers), Saturday Night Live Xmas Special with guest presents who haven't sold out to the establishment
Only three commercial breaks per hour on any channel instead of four (like it used to be).
The banning of ambulance chasers, ring-tones and loan sharks for xmas.

Please santa - make my wishes come true ;-)

It was it was on the news. David quit after a dimsal percentage of tv viewers tuned in for the christmas ep. it was the lowest the show had seen and one of the lowest bbc 1 saw that night.
