Thats the problem with Facebook you have to "like" it to join in the discussion otherwise no go. I suspect half of those who did join are not "fans" of Moat. Clearly there are people on that page who are highly critical of Moat and people who are parading around as his fans.

It does show there is a serious distrust of the police. the group has been created in part from reading the comments that there is not a blind acceptance of the polices version of events.
The police need to examine why they are so distrusted IMO
20 000 isnt that much when you consider there are probably more people who have been to prison in the united kingdom and for someone to shoot a cop among prison populations are often regarded as hero's
