Oops. I seem to have been whisked to the inn and back!

    That was a bit confusing.

Even for someone as clever as me. :D

Thanks for dram, lach. I will put it aside for later, as I never drink before 11.11 in the morning, in honour of our current Doctor.

Well, will you look at the time!

    Cheers, all. :)

Ooh. I'm so excited. I generally avoid spoilers. But today I accidentally saw something on someone else's screen. its not a massive spoiler or anything, but it was a photo of the Doctor....
    Riding a horse again!

Could be a good one. Ennio doing the soundtrack?

There's an American tv cook I like called Alton Brown (does the science behind cookery .). he's been popular over there for years. anyway he was in a q and a session at the googleplex in california a couple of months ago. someone asked him why he'd started wearing bowties...

"because I like ties and this doesn't get in the way when I'm working....and I'm a Doctor Who fan."

    :)

Next person started question saying..."your bowtie is cool.."

Just a daft thing, but I like Alton that little bit more now.

Paul's got a new series starting tonight. 'Petrol Age' - Time-travelling back through the history of the motor car and driving quite a few of those vintage classics.

I thought if I as a known taker of the proverbial set it out right at the beginning, no other FM would want to be associated with such a silly idea :D

As Iron Man might say, well tightened nuts are essential.
And should my drollery give rise to animosity, my moat profound apologies.

Name the thread and.you may have a free.kick

I've calmed down now. It's just that I spent a fortune on therapy straight after the half-h**** nightmare in 1996 and don't want to be going through that again.

So, whoever is announced as the new companion, its always nice to get some solid information to.end all the speculation. Or will it be loads of posts debating the wisdom of casting x instead of y?

    Taking no bets. :)
