  No, a Viewing Card will NOT be included in the Parcel, you have to use your old Viewing Card,
  when you have set everything up give Customer Services a ring to pair the Card and box together
  
  You should be getting a HDMI cable inside the Parcel
  
  They might send you a box for you to send them the old box back, if they do not phone customer services up and request for an engineer to come and take it away

  You use the existing box the new one comes in it also has a pre paid courier label in it. Don't rip the plastic though as its used to suspend the box in sir for protection just follow the instructions it's pretty clear and as the other op states it does come with hdmi cable
