I really like The Price of Paradise, The Last Dodo, Martha in the Mirror and The Story of Martha. I stopped collecting them a couple of years ago because I kind of went off the show around series 7 of Nu-Who, stories just weren't interesting me anymore. But I still enjoy the older ones.

    Shadow In The Glass
    Interference 1 & 2
    Conundrum
    All-Consuming Fire
    Blood Harvest
    First Frontier
    Human Nature
    Goth Opera
    Millenial Rites
    Romance Of Crime

I'm probably the only person in the Whovian fandom who loves Nicholas Briggs's The Dalek Generation. I just find it incredibly engaging and don't get some of the complaints for it. Nicholas Briggs has a natural gift as a writer IMO.

Prisoner of the Daleks & The Taking of Chelsea were enjoyable to read. I wasn't a big collector though mind.
