My initial thoughts were Daniel Bryan or The Miz... but DBry has never won MITB and The Miz i'm not sure has ever won WHC?

I think Nikki does - and if she weren't a Bella she'd be getting far more praise. She has probably the most recognisable moveset of any of the current Divas and is putting on really good matches regularly these days. Plus she does all sorts of small touches that really do add to her character too.
Have to say though I'm really been won over by Natalya. Getting involved with KiddCesaro has made her the most interesting she's been in years - and she's clearly having a great time with it. Her and Tyson are total gold. And he sounds a top bloke too based on what you mentioned about him a few weeks ago.

Think Cena and Orton are both one away from completing that list though. Cena with the IC Title and Orton the US Title.
