I was inspired by the online dating threads in the advice forum.

Everyone who is single on DS can post a short profile of themselves on here and if anyone is interested they should PM that person. Please, please try to keep this as a 'profiles only' thread because if people start chatting on here, the thread will be become unusable. Thank you

Anyway, I'll go first...

I'm 27. I live in London and I'm a solicitor specialising in criminal litigation. I'm divorced and have a 3-year-old daughter. Even though I'm 27, I have the hobbies of a 77-year-old. I enjoy the theatre, classic literature and old movies.

I'll throw myself out there as I was part of the other thread and love the idea of this thread.

I'm 26, male and originally from TOWIE county that is Essex. Recently moved into London and work as a Infrastruture Engineer at a web company. Interested in cycling, running and keeping fit generally. Love TV and music (especially festivals and gigs ranging from rock to dance). I'm quite outgoing and love venturing to different places. Well, I never venture into chatter, but I followed the link from the eHarmony thread in the Advice Forum (thanks Xela).

Well, I'm 37, male and live in Manchester, but I'll soon be moving over to Nottingham.

I have a 3 year old daughter who I see as much as I can (distance is a problem at the moment, hence the reason for moving).

I'm around 6ft, dark brown hair, and I work in IT.

I enjoy history and culture (old towns and pubs), cinema (doesn't everyone) and cycling. Lots of other things too.
