Why has it gone all puffy and distorted?

I hope she's not ill.

For what other reasons does one get a strangely puffy face?

    She says it happens sometimes, I remember she had a rant about it when the tabloids said she was sunburnt.

    I don't like her at all (terrible judge, perfect showcase of this just hours ago), but hopefully isn't doing that to herself.

    I wonder if it's BS, because you would have scars from digging up your face with tweezers, but then again her skin does look a bit uneven sometimes.

    I sort of feel bad talking about it until I think about the fact she sold this story to The Mirror

    Steroids are known to give a puffy face. Or did you mean street drugs? I can't think of a street drug that causes puffy faces though, which drugs were you thinking of?

    Yes its down to having botox and some other stuff done , why in the name of God did she want to mess about with her face it looks awful and has aged her no end. She was such a pretty girl before she messed about with it and now she just doesn't look right and looks terrible.

    Totally agree. I just don't understand why these pretty young girls want to mess with their faces so much. They all end up looking middle aged before their time and think they will have huge regrets in another 20 years time.
