spotty dog ??

my staffie bitch, 3yrs, has started to get 5 pence piece sized wart type things on her tail and two on her head, dosnt seem to worry her but savalon antiseptic dosnt work,,,any ideas folks...Thanks ...

    Probably warts - pop along to the vet to get them checked but if that is what it is they will probably not do anything about it unless they bother the dog.
