They are at it! I was offered TIVO for free, no installation fee, no activation fee and the V HD box wired into any room I chose for free!
But no, the installer didn't have it on his worksheet So I phoned and was told that wasn't on the file and I'd have to pay £40+ to have the V Box installed! So I spoke to cancellations and told them to take the lot away! That means I will have to pay until the end of the contract! I said THEY had broken the contract! And in fact I had not signed anything! "But you accepted verbally when you were phoned." I said "Well in that case, you have a recording of "Harry" making the offer!" Other box gets installed on Saturday for free!!! And I have lost my E-mail totally! Morons! Mr Birkett is getting a message from me, no mistake!

Just had my box swapped for a 1TB one after they fitted a 500GB model. The fitter said that customer services are offering the 1TB one but the fitters don't have the stock of them to fit.
Thanks to FirewireUk for pointing out they had been given the smaller model - if you hadn't had posted about your situation I doubt I would have checked. |
