I see what you did there.

Look. We just have to accept that this is a lifestyle they have chosen for themselves. It cannot be helped, it's their decision and there's nothing we can do about it.

They're here, they ain't queer, get used to it!:D

    Apologies for my previous post.

I guess the reason why I'm getting annoyed with these types of thread, even ones like this meant in humour, is just that when I came out in the nineties I was hoping by nearly eleven years in to the 21st century me being born gay wouldn't be an issue.

I'm aware that I contribute more to gay themed threads, jeez, my day to day life and job revolves around gay people, but these threads still pop up with alarming regularity and it's tiring.

Maybe that's the point. To wear down the honest good people of all persuasions by constantly getting to explain themselves on a point that really should not need any clarification by now.

Gay people are gay, straight people straight, and everybody is anything they want to be and should be free from persecution just because of who they love.

Homophobia is definitely bad (http://www.lgf.org.uk/enough) but straight hate is unacceptable too.

I realised I was straight when I looked in the mirror and realised I had no fashion sense. :p

If you'd looked at my previous posts, you would have seen my real stance!

This thread is taking the p out of those who hold these outdated views! The Alf Garnett of Digital Spy if you will!

Yes but do they have to keep telling us about it and flaunting it in public?

    ;)

    Yeah I got it. Eventually...:o

I was reading the two threads next to each other and it was getting to me.

I left it up to show how much of a dick I can be sometimes :D

I think, once the "coming out" process and (many?) prejudices overcome, would there be a particular advantage in being straight? One sees happy and unhappy people - BOTH gay and straight. I don't there's any guarantee... ;)

Personally I think this thread does so much for the cause in good humour than 1000s of gay threads have ever done.

Just reverse everything and see how absolutely silly this whole sexuality thing is.
Some don't seem to learn that in a gay thread, so doing a humourus one about straight people can teach so much more.

This thread perfectly highlights what it's like constantly questioning being gay and how ludicrous and patronising and wrong some of the questioning is.

Humour has always cut down barriers and prejudice like serious debate never has done.

Black comedians have been doing the same for decades.

I don't mind what straight people do behind closed doors, as long as it doesn't involve children, obviously  I have no idea what they do, but I know it's disgusting.

Plus, I make a point of complaining to OFCOM when they kiss before the watershed on TV, children could be watching.

Children need to be protected from all forms of affection.

WONT SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN.

I turned straight around the age of 7 or 8 when my brother showed me some hedgerow porn he'd found. I think it was called Whitehouse. A truly fascinating publication.

As a man who spent his first 16 years as a closet hetro, I find your post offensive!:p

So you were gay up to the age of 7 then. How was it? :p

Mind you any porn starring Mary Whitehouse would probably turn me gay. :D

Why do people turn necrophilic? Are they made that way or born that way? If they are born that way, should we allow them to express their natural sexuality without fear of persecution or prosecution? After all, they aren't hurting anyone?

Ha ha! It's difficult to remember, but I don't think I was all that aware of such things. I was always pretty fascinated by boobs though (And still am!)

I don't think anyone "turns" anything, they just "develop", and eventually realise what they like. Looking at girls (when I and they were at a certain stage of development) just made me feel good, and so it continued as they (and I) got older.

I suspect that this behaviour was reinforced when I realised that in place of males' sticking-out bits, females have 'slots' apparently designed to accept the sticking-out bits. Some time later, I discovered why! :D

I agree. But since the OP asked, I thought I'd try to answer!

Necrophilia is perfectly ok as long as both parties consent.

    Oh wait................

But there is no secondary party to consent, just an inanimate cadaver.

It's all that Lynda Carter's fault that I'm one of those "dirty hetro's" :D

That Wonder Woman costume of hers clearly sent me a bit funny when I was young and impressionable. ;)
