What are your Top 10 Hollyoaks characters ever?

Hey guys, as a long time viewer of Hollyoaks I am interested in other long term fans views of their favourite Hollyoaks characters ever. I don't want lists of just the characters that are currently on the show now, because Hollyoaks is 13 years old and has had a lot of characters to choose from. These characters can be living or dead.

1. Tony Hutchinson (Seen it and done it all really - the staple of Hollyoaks life)
2. Max Cunningham
3.OB 'Sam' O'brien
4. Mandy Hutchinson/Richardson (Been through the most out of any character in the show IMO)

It seems my list is very male orientated, but on the whole I think there have been better male characters in the show.

Good picks so far guys.

I think Ellis Hollins is fantastic in Hollyoaks, but I always remember when he wasn't shown on the show when Helen and Gordan and other characters would talk about Baby Tom but we would never see him! This went on for years, it became a little running joke that Tom would always be talked about but never seen, it is only really since Mr and Mrs C died that Tom has been shown so often.

I've just noticed how many times Tom Cunningham appears in everyone's top 10 ( I should add him to mine too). He is such a good little actor and it is rare that a child character should be so liked by everyone, but I think its his acting and good writing that endears him to us all.
