Is The Sun moving upmarket?

Read a copy of this in the pub last week and I've noticed they seem to be concentrating far less on stories about zelebs, reality shows and soaps and having a more hard news approach? Is this a trend to try and improve their image after a disastrous 2012 and attract new readers?
