Here goes - but I started this the other night and was tired by then!

Estonia - We all know Estonia is hard so this is a great find and I actually really like it. Think it is a grower too :)
Ireland - Not liking this as much - Timmy Thunder though is almost like a porn character :D. A couple of FMs spring to mind with this but I could be wrong :D Not sure on its chances but again it might grow on me
Algeria - Nice find for Algeria - wish I had found this when I had them a few contests ago as I really like it :( Not sure on its chances though I do think it will make the semis and from there not so sure?
Bulgaria - Was not sure about this at first lol - kind of grew on me though and I really like it now. Think this will do quite well!
Denmark - I liked her eurovision song but I am not keen on this - knowing how unpredictable things can be in this contest, this will probably do well lol
Faroe Islands - This is a slow burner but I like it - does lack a little something though. Semi finalist at least
Armenia - I had the artist in my armenia playlist but not this song - I also asked for Armenia as a pick this contest and didn't get it so am hoping I get them soon! I like the song though
Liechtenstein - I actually love this - cheesy and VERY stereotypical but so catchy lol. Hope 'She Moves' to the semis at least lol
England - I quite liked this at the start thinking something great was going to happen but, whilst I kind of liked it, it got a bit boring after a while. I still think this is a final song though :)
San Marino - I kind of get a good dance song for some countries etc but have not seen one for Italy/San Marino before - not sure what to think. I quite like it but it feels weird. Does not deserve to go out early though if I am honest!
Albania - Alban is a male equivalent of Miriam Cani so no surprise that these two come joined at the hip usually. Hey no matter though even on his own this might do quite well and continue Albania's DSFE renaissance!
Montenegro - Good find for Montenegro but not my cup of tea I am afraid :( She scares me a little - It is a shame that we cannot award people for finding a good song for a 'bad' country.
Russia - It should come as no surprise that I love the Russian language so am actually really enjoying it as it is a bit different to recent Russian entries. Think it will qualify but not sure how far it will go? On a side note - do that guy's abs look a little strange to anyone else? Hmmm nice anyway :D
Czech Republic - I don't remember particularly liking their last one but I actually like this surprisingly. Glad it has a proper video and really hope it makes it further in the contest!
Latvia - I am glad that lyric videos are happening as they are so much better than staring at a still picture for 3+ minutes! Maybe these guys will bring out an official video out but has anyone noticed the tendancy for some artists to not even both with an official video and just make do with a good lyric video? So annoying. Anyway, not Latvia's fault. Not usually a fan of this stuff but I quite like this to be honest

Lithuania - I love Krewella as I have used them as well but whilst I quite like this I don't think it is up to their normal standard :(
Lebanon - Didn't like this at the start but it grew on me as it progressed. I really hope this goes through. Good find
Finland - I find this funny, silly, annoying and sad all at the same time lol - not my sort of thing sorry :( There are catchy bits to it though
Spain - This is different for Spain so I appreciate that. I like her too but I just don't quite get it. Sorry although I do expect it to qualify though
Italy - Nice power ballad and am really liking this so am hoping it does well. We are all hoping for an Italy win soon :)
Malta - I loved their Eurovision entry a lot and, whilst I think this is not as good, I really like this. I have a soft spot for Malta so hope this does well too
Moldova - I find the video funny ( as it is probably a very low budget) but yes it is slightly annoying and I hate those music videos that have a break for 'other sounds' in them that would not be on the actual track. I quite like it but am not expecting this to get out of the QF if I am honest. Good find for Moldova though and is different to the normal fayre :)
Greece - Absolutely love this one and really hope it does really well. Not heard of her before though so nice for me! :) The right side of quirky and I love the beats
Andorra - Another great power ballad and I really like this one too. I like the build in it a lot
Iceland - Very 90s Eurovision this one - i like it but not sure on its chances as it catchy but old-fashioned if that makes sense? I can see it really growing on me though lol
Macedonia - Not bad and a good find for this country but not really doing anything for me :( Sorry
Scotland - How come this didn't make the top of the charts then? I love Florenece and the Machine and this is not one of their best I guess but it is still good
Bosnia & Herzegovina - A good find for Bosnia and I expect this to beat my last Bosnian entry (won't be hard lol) but from there I have no idea as to how this will do as it doesn't stand out enough. She reminds me of someone though?
Portugal - Well this is different for Portugal! Quite like it. At least it is an interesting lyric video as I have mentioned before. I have had some countries straight after they have just won so I understand how difficult it can be to choose and then have the voted for so I do hope that this at least goes through to the final as it deserves to
Wallonia - Another one that I loved on first reveal :) Just a bit different but great anyway! Hope this goes all the way to the final

    My Song: THROUGH

    12 - THROUGH
    10 - THROUGH
    08 - THROUGH
    07 - THROUGH
    06 - THROUGH
    05 - THROUGH
    04 - Serbia
    03 - Georgia
    02 - THROUGH
    01 - Belarus

    11 - THROUGH
    12 - THROUGH
    13 - THROUGH
    14 - Slovenia

Sad for Serbia and Georgia as they were both nice, Belarus was borderline for me and I didn't like Slovenia, but no shocks with who went out this QF.

So with QF2 out of the way we have some more songs confirmed for CofC, so congratulations to the following from Belarus and Slovenia

    Belarus

The National Fanfare of Kadebostany - Walking With A Ghost (3rd - Sofia - avb)
Ruslan Alekhno & Valeriya - Heart of Glass (14th - Saint Helier - MiesBouwman)
    Alexander Rybak - Into A Fantasy (14th - Almaty - Ouestlecue/Yugimuto1)
Kadebostany - Castle In The Snow (16th - Oulu - Alexos)

    Slovenia

    Maraaya - Lovin' Me (19th - Vaduz - Pooley)
    Neisha - Zvedzni Prah (26th - Sofia - yoshi94)
    Nika Zorjan - Nasmeh Zivljenja (29th - Longyerbyen - stanld03)
Maja Keuc - Close To You (29th - Tirana - Pooley)

Sadly neither Georgia or Serbia have made CofC this year and neither of them have a song in the wildcard.

    QF4 review:)
Lithuania - Oh dear, way to start this QF with basically everything I can't stand. Sorry, but I just can't find anything good to say :(. 6
Lebanon - Well I agree with Terry on this one, it stays just the right side of the good/awful line. Was fully expecting a *rap though :p. 7.0
Finland - You know what, if this heat continues like this, our song might even have a chance. It's clearly a laugh, those Finns are crazy :D. 6.5
Spain - This does sound a bit like 3 songs into 1, but I do like her voice, especially her accent. On the whole, I quite like this. Best so far. 7.5
Italy - If ever an entry represented the sound of its country, this is it. Even if it does sound & look like a perfume advert. 7.5
Malta - I meant to ask this in their NF - what is that thing he's playing? Anyway, I think this is far better than Coming Home. Really nice. 9
Moldova - I love the low-budget, ramshackle atmosphere of this one, it's also a pretty song, & a different style for Moldova. This is getting better. 9
Greece - This was a surprise - what an interesting song & style. Very unusual. I'm not even certain what I think of it. A grower, I suspect. 8
Andorra - This is as good as Italy at summing up its native scene. I think it's quite good, but there's better here. Should get points though. 7.5
Iceland - Omg, my schlager detector is now off the scale. Was this written by Ralph seagull himself? It's hard not to tap along though. 7.5
Macedonia - Huge, emotional male-fronted Balkan ballads aren't normally my thing, but this is actually quite good, especially for FYROM. 8
Scotland - Welcome to 2010, everyone :p This takes me back, absolutely loved Lungs. This isn't the best on there, but it's still great. 9
Bosnia - Is this the same MayaSar who was only out-screeched by Rona in Baku *shudder*? This is way better than that was. Good find. 8
Portugal - At last, our hosts. And I see what Terry means when he says this'd be a good host entry. Not too keen personally though. 7.0
Wallonia - Now this really is several songs in one. Sorry, but I think this is just a little too r'n'b for me. Not the best possible end to the contest. 6.5

And yay, I've got one solo & one team song through, perfect so far :D
And yay, I've got Neisha into CofC, never expected that :)

    QF3

Estonia - This is very sweet, I liked this a lot.
Ireland - Great retro vibe, perhaps a little too cookie-cutter retro for me though.
Algeria - This kind of summery continental dance track is difficult to get wrong. It's nice.
Bulgaria - How can one person be so beautiful? The song doesn't do a lot for me, but I like her vocals.
Denmark - The lyrics of this are absolutely dire. Oh Emmelie, what happened?
Faroe Islands - Nice enough, but it doesn't go anywhere. I want the crescendos to be bigger.
Armenia - Oh monsieur. This is a much more dynamic ballad than the previous song. Good.
Liechtenstein - Quirky will get you everywhere with me. I like this a lot.
England - Weak chorus, but the rest of the package doesn't disappoint. The song progresses well, and it's catchy.
San Marino - This sounds like it should have been UK #1 in about 2004. Not my thing, but frustratingly catchy.
Albania - I want what he's cooking. On paper this should really be my favourite but it's a little too plonky.
Montenegro - I thought this was going to be annoying, but it really turned itself around. As catchy as the day is long.
Russia - Pure cheese, catchy and enjoyable in a completely guilty way. Good stuff.
Czech Republic - Much more subtle than other songs in this QF. This is pleasant.
Latvia - This one wins this QF's battle of the dated summer anthems for me. Not quality, but not unenjoyable.

Lithuania - LOVE this. Amazing find.
Lebanon - I don't think much of the lyrics, but it's catchy and has style.
Finland - Good idea, funny concept, but it got old after the first chorus.
Spain - Love the way the song develops. Great voice, this is a solid song.
Italy - Love the video, I want the whole wardrobe. The song is lovely too.
Malta - This just doesn't live up to the singular brilliance of Coming Home, the intro and instrumentation promised but didn't deliver.
Moldova - Sweet and catchy. Lots to offer, this is purely enjoyable.
Greece - I enjoyed this, wanted it to develop a bit further, but perfectly good.
Andorra - Love an Iberian ballad, this hits the spot.
Iceland - Disco is not the way to earn my big points. I can see the appeal, but it's not for me at all.
Macedonia - Found myself liking this one. I think I like how it could have ditched the electric guitar for the sake of the mainstream but decided not to..
Scotland - Surprised this was eligible, was sure it was a big hit. One of my favourite F+TM songs. A swirling four-minute crescendo.
Bosnia & Herzegovina - For a song by a pianist, the piano is very low down in the mix. I only really liked Maya Sar as Dino Merlin's backing singer..
Portugal - Anthemic and uptempo, it works well.
Wallonia - Great ending to the QF, this is great.

Just catching up on the results, did AxG disqualify himself?! :p

    My points:

    Serbia 2

Me and my partner worked well in this contest, we got sidetracked for a while just finding random novelty songs that we weren't actually going to send, but it made for entertaining national finals... :D
