How do i get ITV HD?

Hi Guys,
Got my Humax HDR yesterday - smashing peice of kit - BBC HD is great, but, i can't see mto see ITV HD on the list.
I'm guessing from reading here that ITV don't stream a HD signal all the time, hence not finding it at 2pm when i first turned it on.
Looks like cliff hanger is on tonight, but how to i set it to record if i can't see it in my listings?

Cliff hanger has been pulled from the HD listing tonight so only the SD version is available... for future HD programmes on ITV just select the programme in the epg and press the OK button (NOT the record button) and the option to record in HD will be offered, should it be available
just for your info Lewis is in HD tomorrow if you want the record that or just to test the HD reservation
