It must be horrible being an apple fan, buying their products and then having to defend such a vile, horrid company.

They have also been ripping of their own Italian customers so poor.

Yep. Been told in no uncertain terms that they nicked the slide to unlock from Neonode in the first place. Plagiarism live and well in Cupertino? Surely they cannot get away with their "steal ours" whinge now?

I dunno, the 9to5mac readership thinks the sun shines out of Apples arse. They really can do no wrong.

Indeed.

Today they had the case against HTC thrown out which amused me! One of them was the slide to unlock!!

I must admit, they are a hysterically amusing company!

Apple are Patenting stuff that is so generic it shouldn't really be granted a Patent as it isn't new, Innovative or unique. Most companies wouldn't even bother to apply for a Patent for this stuff as they realise its not worth the paper its written on. However Apple are playing a clever game.

Apples main aim is to kill off or slow down Android. If they patent enough silly stuff they can tie up Android in litigation and stop or slow down sales of their products. Apple have enough cash to do stuff like this and can easily afford the legal fees that other companies would baulk at.

Saint Steve said Android must be destroyed and is willing to use every last penny Apple had. His commandment must be followed to the bitter end

It would never get that far.

Apple think they are playing a clever game but, every court in the land would come down like a ton of brick on Apple if they did that. Its showing already with patents getting thrown out and apple being made to look like complete pillocks.
