Why Was Jem Not Replaced

For some reason it has just come to me that Jem wasn't replaced. Walkers have always been replaced. Jem herself a replacement for a walker. Yet she wasn't replaced.

Seems to add credence that she was always meant to leave then. Or has it been "explained" why she wasn't replaced and I missed it?

Or the only reason they replaced Mark, was because they had the opportunity to create some drama by putting in Faye's sister.

With only a few weeks to go it probably just wasn't worth it! whoever they replaced her with would have had a bigger disadvantage than late entries normally have

Too late in the show to bring someone else in.

It was a disaster to bring in Jemma and obvious that she would leave even though she would have been a good housemate had she not been the sister of Faye.
I am glad she wasn't replaced at such a late stage. BB is usually better when there are fewer housemates.
If I could have chosen a final five it would have been:
    Alex
    Aaron
    Harry
    Jem
    Jay

I think it was too late really.

Though they should have cancelled the eviction for that week IMO.
