Recognise this song from the music video?

I remember seeing a music video for a song. I've got the song in my head, but couldn't describe it. It's a dance song from around 2000-ish with a hint of Latino. The music video consisted of people having (what I seem to recall being) a dance-off with a number of cars. The cars chase people around and bounce up and down when they've caught up with them. For the life of me, I can't remember the same of the song.

I don't suppose anybody knows what I'm on about?
