    No not at all as you appear to have ignored or not read what I said up thread.

    Anyway if you think your idea is such a cracking one why don't you run with that instead of attacking me, and I will sit on the sidelines and see how far you get

    i've NEVER had my name mentioned this much before

    i only thought this today, on the back of a "what-if" .....

    everything has a cost attached to it, by us ..... so what-if some things DIDN'T have a cost attached?

    then i added the public service bit .....

    Everything has a cost. Whether be it overheads like heat, water, staffing and they need to covered otherwise it will be run into the ground.
