  whatever network your with they will assume you have read your terms and conditions supplied with your handset but read by few lol--- the only way is if your chosen network change your contract then in certain circumstances they will allow you to cancel early but they will tell you --and again if they change it,it could be covered in your terms and conditions.they won't let you out if you ask--you could try transfer of ownership which can be done after 6 months to enable transfer to other family member or suchlike again depends what network your on.
