Local Spanish available to buy in UK or in Airport in Spain?

Hi I will be going to Spain to visit a friend for a week or two in June.
I have previously gone to Europe and while the roaming charges are cheaper compared to other countries I have been to they are still more than I'd like to pay.
I'm wondering is there any way of buying a local Spanish SIM online in the UK or at the Airport when I land?
I'm mainly looking for a generous amount of data if not unlimited.

E.g. Orange Ballena 12 package give 1GB of data + 1,000 text for under 15 euro. They have a English speaking helpline or chat session if you want to fine out more.
