Open the bonnet and the window and listen while you turn the key. A loud click indicates that the starter solenoid is working so either the starter motor is jammed or it's faulty or there's a bad connection.
No click indicates a faulty ignition switch or a bad connection - probably to the battery. You may hear it crackle.
There's another possibility: I'm not familiar with Honda but some cars require you to press the brake and/or clutch and/or have the gearbox in neutral - otherwise they won't start.
