Well, actually, they do, especially in the eyes of the law. If Kellie murdered one of the other housemates, she would be seen in the eyes of the law, and tried in court as a man, despite what gender she wishes to be, if she still has the genitals of a man, she's legally a man. End of.
Oh, and before someone steps in to complain about what I've said, I am a gay man who is supportive of trans-rights, so I'm not attacking Kellie in any way, just stating a legal fact. Until Kellie has her operation, she is still in the eys of the law, a man.
