Can't get signal on o2 iPhone

It's been like it since Friday when it crashed, I did a reboot and havn't been able to get any since. The Internet works fine, I just can't make calls or text.

My mate on o2 isn't having any problems on her Nokia so it must be my phone. Is there anything I can do?

    Are you in airplane mode? (It's possible to turn on airplane mode and then re-enable wifi which is why internet browsing is working).

    Nope, it wasn't but I just turned airplane mode on and off again and it's finally receiving some signal now.
