Saw a possible sign of life there, the OA logo disappeared and some coloured bars appeared momentarily...

Well it's in the EPG but not actually being broadcast. Sad.

Of course we don't know who is paying for this. Open Access is just a channel you rent to put your programs on, they themselves have only an indirect interest.

    Let's hope its temporary problem.

Disappointing. I can't help but think if it was just a technical error some kind of message would be displayed on screen.

Still, at least I got to see Montoya win again before it all went belly up.

I can't believe that the EPG would show Nascar if OA3 and Richard Garvie were pulling the plug. Thank goodness for Mr Justin.

Might be an early night tonight :(

Why? Several superb streams on the internet right now.

Before i came on here i too emailed Open Access, but unlikely anybody will be opening their emails on a Sunday evening.

At the moment i'm in the midst of a 7 minute wait to speak
    to Sky customer services.

    IMPORTANT UPDATE

Just finished speaking to Sky. They said they have received a lot of calls already on the matter. They haven't been informed by the broadcaster (Open Access) of any changes. They are logging the calls but can't do anything about it.

They have given me a telephone number for Open Access to contact them on Monday.

    Should i publish it here?.

    FURTHER UPDATE

Thought i'd test the number and expected an answering machine. Instead i got BT saying sorry the number you have dialled is not in service UH OH!

    OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It's bacccccccccccccccccccccccccck

Yep happy now, don't have to watch a bumpy stream on computer hooked to TV, or non bumpy stream on laptop.

Must have been a technical issue.

If by pixellation you mean Legovision, yes...

Maybe they were having difficulties at the higher resolution, so had to broadcast at a lower resolution. Wouldn't surprise me, the picture quality improved from the first few races of the season. Seems they're having a few technical issues.
