PS4 Demos

Hey guys,

I thought I'd create a little home for talking about demos and letting people know if any new ones pop up.

The US PSN store seems to have a lot more than UK/IE.

I just found Lego Batman 3 and How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition demos on the US store if anyone is interested.

There are more demos on the UK store than maybe some people realise.

Trial & Unlock demos aren't listed in the demo section. Fez and Terraria spring to mind.

FF this is what is annoying about euro Sony. Why not put all demos in....you know. ...the demo section, like the US

How weird Batman demo having its version of resogun yuffie.
Game seems to have quite a scale and depth particularly after The reso bit. Demo is a lot bigger than we expected from them. It's looking a definite buy for my wife.

All I thought was "this is so Resogun and I love it".

This is a must get game for me, but after Dragon Age, which is after GTA. God damn it, everything is out at the same time.

I couldn't get by the first bit 😳 A car came out a wall on a rail and then I didn't know what to do. Not into Batman or any of those comic book characters so not really a big miss for me anyway. Played the PES demo. Looks really nice but I don't like the way it feels, much prefer FIFA 15

A game called tennis in the face has a demo, looks like a sort of puzzler.

It's an Angry Birds style game, hit a tennis ball and try to knock down everything on the level with it - very simple but loads of fun! Made by the same team that made King Oddball (I think there is a demo for that too), personally I prefer King Oddball though.

I seen an article on the ps blog about that game yesterday. I'll give the demo a whirl later.

Wife has now bought lego batman 3. There was a patch from the off so guess they found something up after going to press. Im sure I glimpsed in start menu something about season pass. Hoping lego games aren't now going that route.

    Season Pass Details:
Batman 3: Beyond Gotham has received a Season Pass, along with news of specially-themed DLC packs.

Six DLC packs will be available, which can be purchased individually for £2.55 or collectively via the Season Pass for £12.79 on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, with each including a unique themed mission level with story and free play modes. Across all the DLC packs, 40 new characters, vehicles and achievements will be unlockable.

The first three DLC packs will arrive on November 14, with more coming at a later date. They are The Dark Knight Pack, the man of Steel Pack and the Batman 75th Pack. The first sees you experience the iconic chase scene from the movie, along with a multitude of vehicles and you stepping into the shoes of both Batman and Commissioner Gordon, as well as the Joker and his goons as they chase down Dent's police escort. Bane and Catwoman will also be playable.

The Man of Steel pack, meanwhile, will task you with helping Jor-El, his wife Lara and robot Kelex send the infant Superman to Earth as Krypton falls, and even face off against General Zod. Finally, the Batman 75th Pack lets you play as Joker and Harley as you get to check out a range of iconic faces, including Batman in his first appearance in Detective Comics #27.

Yeah. From what I gather it's just a co-op thing that you need to buddy up with a game owner to play. Games owners get 10 codes to dish out or something??

I'm confused. If anyone can shed any light it would be appreciated. Can't be bothered to download 26.5GB just to find out I can't try it out.

I Had it nearly downloaded and then my internet went tits up and then I accedentally deleted it.

And now the ps4 cannot connect to PSN or anything. It was only about 4 gigs for me tho.
