you must of heard them yourselves when you walk past a bus shelter or outside Macdonalds and it's usually teenage asian boys who call each other by the n word. Whats that all about, can someone explain it cause if a white person called them that they'd be arrested for been racist

Firstly, I don't "must of" anything.

Secondly, I don't walk past bus shelters or McDonalds.

Thirdly, if people want to call each other such names, I don't care so long as I can't hear them.

If they are just joking around with each other and the word isn't meant in a spiteful way, then I don't think it's an issue really. I mean I call my friends names sometimes, and they call me names, but it's just a jokey thing, not meant to be serious.

yes they say it in a friendly way and don't get offended by it but surely it's either a racist banned word or it's not?

I've met white people who do this to their frends of all races. No one is offended because they speak this way to eachother in a friendly way.

Not racist - but looks a bit sad.
