The studio audience start clapping way too often and too easily. The comedians don't have to try hard as a result.

... since when was an enthusiastic crowd a bad thing?

All four on my screen at the moment.. I think even Badults is better.

Lets all hash tag josh is ginger
Then don't watch it. It's clearly not for you if you think Badults is better.

So so so happy to have this back. It works so well as a topical news show as well as it did for the Olympics.
Loved Adams new leg and his rants are now legendary. Even didn't mind Russell Brand, he worked pretty well with the other 3. Roll on next week.

Shouldn't the title thread be changed to The Last Leg with Adam HILLS since that is actually his name! :D

They certainly clap too much and for too long.

    More content, less clappery please.

Or just put the clapping on 4OD.

I've recorded Alex Brooker's programme. Not usually too bothered with that type of show but I like the guy. He's been excellent on this and at the paras.

Looked to me like Adam had put on a few pounds.

I think they try just about right. Some shows the comedians do try way too hard and try to jimmy in a gag at any opportunity, regardless of whether or not it's relevant (or good).

I'm with the majority that the singing at the end didn't really work. It was may more cringe than fun and went on for too long.

Other than that, it was a great show. Glad to see it back in the schedule.

Gutted. Didn't even know this had started again.

See zero advertisement - and why a Wednesday night?

I don't watch much of C4 but did see a few ads for it. Found out online about it anyway.

C4 have new shows on Friday nights so I guess it was The LAst Leg that lost out and got bumped to Wednesdays. Nice thing to break up the week though.

When Brand was talking about why his Middle East gigs were cancelled, he appeared to drop out with a pixellated picture just as he was explaining. Was it co-incidence or had he said something that needed blanking out?

Nope no pixels here, problem is/was at your end.

I usually find Brand embarrassing, but I think having a conversation rather than just him doing stand up works a lot better.

    The barmy army WERE embarrassing.

You can just watch it on 4OD as I just have.

Glad this is back. Have started to like Russell Brand since he schooled MSNBC so was pleased that he was on.

Didn't mind the Barmy Army at all - am surprised so many have found them embarrassing. It's all just done in good humour and Adam took it that way too.

Perhaps they should rename the mid-week version to The Middle Leg.
So they did think about it.

I enjoyed the show; I'm glad it's back.
    Loved Adams new leg
It looked OK on its own terms, but I didn't think it really matched the Terminator films. Maybe the person who painted it hadn't seen them.
    Alex plugging his own show
I watched it. It was mostly about men keeping fit for vanity reason, with almost no mention of health.
