Bad girls failed twice

Ive had sky+ about a month,everthing has been good until tuesday night when i realised bad girls had failed,must be a blip i thought so i decided to record it last night on itv 2 and it failed again,should i ring sky?or is it just one of them things i will have to put up with.

    Try this padding

    Start of Recording: 1 Min
    End of Recording: 5 Mins.

    I always have problems with Bad Girls as ITV always start it late so it can overrun into the 10pm slot. I have it on 5mins padding at the end of the recording but am always missing the last couple of minutes.

    Do i do that by going into manual recording?
