Is anyone here suffering from Hayfever already ?

I don't generally suffer very much, but this year I am struggling and have been since the beginning of March. Last night i woke up at 3:30am sneezing feeling generally yuk and couldn't go back to sleep.

The weird thing was, even when the snow was on the ground my symptoms didn't improve.

So - who else is suffering, and what do you take to improve it.

Ah that'll be why my eyes are itching. I forget every year but this is just not fair. I accept hayfever because I like summer but snow and hayfever is a cruel joke!

ETA liquid piriton is veyr good as it works quickly but wears off quicker than tablets.

My eyes are very sore this morning, a combination of lack of sleep and hayfever I think. Also my mouth is itchy.

Yes. been suffering for a month now. Normally it starts as soon as that Rape plant appears and then seems to wear off

Weird as we still have snow on the ground
