I think I will choke to death on a sharp pointy object.

I don't know what, but I just know it will be sharp and pointy.

My head will tuurn purple and drop off. :(

The end.

Cancer or heart disease are most people's likeliest of killers.

I would prefer cancer because a heart attack sounds kind of serious and heart-ending.

I'm guessing heart attack, alone, to not be found for many weeks.

I'd rather not know. Quick and painless preferably.

Cancer probably, it got all 4 of my grandparents and both my parents have had it but thankfully fought it off.

I expect my heart will stop beating, leading to a failure of the blood supply to my brain, which will then cease to function.

My heart will stop beating which will stop pumping blood supplies to my brain.

As long as it's relatively painless, I don't really care.
    Hopefully, not yelling "AAAAAAAARRRGGGGHHHH!"

Probably in my sleep. All my grandparents are still alive and kicking. Great-grandparents stayed alive until between their 70s and 90s when they died in their sleep. Only one who didn't was my mum's grandfather, who died from his injuries during his late 20s.

Mind you, a family friend - who fancied herself as 'gifted' - reckoned I would be killed in a road accident one day. She informed me this when I was a teenager. Thanks, Rosie.

    Hopefully quickly and painlessly!

My poor Grandad had a heart attack and went from perfectly fine to death in about 3 minutes - It was so quick. One of my other relatives however suffered a series of strokes and spent the last two weeks of her life unable to move, speak, see or hear :(

    I know which i'd prefer...

    Indeed, it's an unsettling film.

I've walked across the Bridge and the handrail is chest high so to jump off is quite a laborious process for a short person.

Having said that, and not wanting to be morbid, if you're intent on doing away with yourself, it seems a serene way to go.

Might be a stroke, might be angina, probably be pneumonia.

Ones thing for sure if I feel it coming on, no 999 call from me, sod going into hospital and be put on the death pathway, or ending in an un-caring home.

I'll choose the place where I'll clock out, and the means, not some medical professional or bureaucrat.
