Even people born in 1996 can remember dial up internet, I and many others still had it in 2005

I was born in February of 93 and can remember most of the things in this thread, although that's probably mostly through having older siblings born in the late 80s. All the toys and stuff they had as kids are still at their father's house - would probably be like a museum to kids today!

I remember Mc Donald's and Burger King looking different, and most shop's old logos. Being born when I was I don't consider myself a full 90's child, but I don't want to be considered a full 00's child because that decade was bland as ****.

My Windows 7 laptop has had the 95 logon sound ever since day one! I loved that sound so much I thought the nostalgia and the juxtaposition were brilliant together so I installed it pretty much straight away! Still not sick of it after four years.

I was born in 1986 so yes I remember most of the things mentioned.

Funny that somebody mentioned Art Attack! As my niece had I think the Dusney channel on and Art Attack! Came on, same tune and studio only Neil Buchanan wasn't presenting but some stupid t*at who really did my head in.

Does anyone remember a sweet that was like a paint roller and tray? You got a little bottle of candy liquid and poured it in the tray and then used the roller to lick it off? I'm definitley not imagining it but can't find anything about it online.

And not a single mention of Rocko's Modern Life or Ren & Stimpy.

I remember that being advertised and I will look up some uktv 90's ads for you. But for the moment all I could find was this

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BS9wSmTB_H8

I imagine it would have been similar but on a tray, made the same company as push pops etc.. Or perhaps thats the same thing and the tray came slightly later.

I imagine those would be banned today, either from selling them or advertising them like that lol.

Anyone else remember FilmNET, used to get it on Sky TV, it was a box you used to connect and it would give you access to films that weren't officially out yet, for free.

@starryrune - Sorry stupid phone won't let me quote properly. Nope it wasn't that, it was a liquid candy rather than a sherbet. I was thinking as well that it would be from the push pop company. I am determined to find it :D
