Now TV - Sound Issues

We seem to be getting a lot of drop out (or stuttering) on Now TV shows.
Is this a service issue or is there a solution to this?

    I'm not seeing any dropouts myself. What device are you using, are you referring to live or on-demand, are you on WiFi or Ethernet and finally, do you experience similar issues on other streaming services (e.g. Netflix, iPlayer etc).
