Ee: B&b

Surely it isn't feasible for someone to live in a B&B?? I'd imagine a B&B like that on Eastenders must cost at least £90.00 a night, considering it is in London. Or am I missing something?

Kirsty lived there for ages and she only worked as a bar maid? Surely she couldn't afford to live there? Now Sharon is living there with her son and I don't believe they could afford this, so am I missing something or is it just unrealistic writing?

Earlier this year, when Phil was paying Shirley's rent, Denise said to him that it cost only about £8/night in the B&B.

Soaps aren't supposed to be realistic writing though. If it was could most of the EE residents afford to live in the houses which cost at least 250k+.
