. Not looking to criticize the OP but just wondering if a bit more thought could be put into thread starting. And no I'm not playing forum police. Just asking a question. Alot of threads being started that barely reach a second page and then another comes along. Its all becoming rather confusing.

The OP started a thread with the same topic less than two weeks ago and here we are again.

Yeah, it would be easier to simply bump your old thread.

What were you thinking, when you wrote this? I mean, four Doctor Who stories on each disc? :o That would be nearly 6 hours. You couldn't fit that much onto a dvd. You can only get roughly 3 hours on each dvd if the episodes are in high quality.

The episodes would have to be of poorer quality to get this much on each disc. Even poorer quality, you could only get 4 hours at the most on a DVD.

For example, with the Corrie Decade Box Sets, the DVD company 'Network' has managed to put 8 episodes onto one disc, totalling over 3 1/2 hours. The reason being that they haven't been remastered. You can notice it more with the 60s, 70s and 80s episodes, more than the others after that.
