I cried during that episode. I don't think I could even watch it over without tearing up.

remember the episode in which Bridget gets to play Anne Frank in the school play? She said that she eventually got the character by channelling her own sadness or something and at the end of the episode she puts one of her bouquet's roses by the picture of her father. Nice tribute to John there, I reckon!

He was also great in Mercenary with Olivier Gruner, a rare action role for him.

Damn 10 years already , i actually saw him in Bride of Chucky the other night was watching it on DVD on Sunday and was a massive fan of 8 SImple Rules was saddened when i heard about his death hence why he was written out of the series.

Also remember him playing the creepy robot Ted in Buffy.

    Great actor though.

    R.I.P John !

Lovely man. Seems odd to see "Penny" in 8 Simple Rules. She has obviously had a boob Job done!!! It was such a shock when he died suddenly in rehearsals for 8 Simple Rules!! Dreadful for the rest of the cast.

Not if you saw her in that first! Admittedly, I only watched the first couple of series of TBBT, but its good to see the actress being so successful.

Skin Deep remains one of my favourite comedies of all time (the luminous condom scene was genius!). 2 interesting' facts:

    1. Bruce Springsteen's first wife was in Skin Deep

    2. Bizarrely, John Ritter died in the very same hospital he had been born in

Unless I have dreamt all this (I'm of that age so it's possible)
