n gage

i have a n gage which can be connected to a pc with a usb cable and its suppose to come up as a extra drive in my computer and then drag and drop any files onto the memory card which is in the n gage. on the phone i get the usb sign to say the phone is connected but dont get anything in my computer ie the extra drive, i have looked in the phone but cant find any setting that would let the computer know its connected, the only thing i can think of is the usb cable might not be the right one, i have looked on the net for usb drivers for the n gage but cant find any. maybe someone who has one could give some advice.. regards popp
