Delete scheduled recording problem

How come I go in to recording and then planned I can't delete a scheduled recording, it states next recording thu 1 jan 00:00 I click and select cancel series record but it just won't delete

    Well I have tried everything short of resetting the box which I don't want to do, but still won't delete grrrrrr. Box just gets worse 😞

    Well have reset the box and will see how it goes, luckily didn't lose any recordings... I have a feeling it has summat t do wi cancelling scheduled recordings via the app
