I know this family personally and they are all lovely people. Yes, Nikki is hot headed but she's lovely. There is a husband/ dad (Arnold) but he has his own career and the photographic business is Andys baby.

The business is no longer in the shopping centre but relocated to another town and is opening soon with a new name.
