I have no idea how old you are but you seriously need to educate yourself about nutrition before it's too late. You need every day, protein, carbs, vitamins, minerals and fibre and not a pile of junk laced with sugar and salt. Either that or get some good life insurance if you can.

Same here. I often eat tuna for brekkie, although my most common brekkie is sliced beef and rice noodles.
