I have no idea how old you are but you seriously need to educate yourself about nutrition before it's too late.

    Cant help myself.

Does everyone realise that the ONLY reason Tinks has IBS is because she has hypermobility syndrome. She read it on the internet.

Nothing to do with her 'intake'.

I debated about putting this in advice section...

    Who with?
I don't really want advice, just somewhere to record my food and weight

    A food diary, perhaps?
So far today had tuna salad with fish sauce dressing

    Hmmm, very fishy

She has spent a lot of time on fitness, health and bodybuilding forums, so I assume that she has a pretty good knowledge already.

Now, you see, to be a good troll you have to keep track of your lies. Back tracking never works.

Have you tried sucking on a hamster? Apparently it aids weight loss by tricking the stomach into thinking its full (something to do with the hairballs I think).

    Yeah

I don't really like the typical breakfast food

Was thinking of having soft boiled egg and soldiers but fancied tuna salad

Same here. I often eat tuna for brekkie, although my most common brekkie is sliced beef and rice noodles.
