Doh, how could I overlook The Terminator:o

What about Stallone then, or Seagal?

In his early days Stallone played baddies - Capone and Death Race 2000. Seagal was the baddie in Machete

    Clint Eastwood.

I don't think you could say the version of 'no name' Eastwood plays in High Plains Drifter is good per say, though the politics of that movie are all over the place.

Hell, you could argue Dirty Harry is a fascist as well. As mentioned, he doesn't really play easily definable characters.

He was the bad guy in The Beguiled as well.

    John Wayne and Clint Eastwood.

John Wayne - In his early movie roles, the Duke played a lot of anti-heroes- borderline villians.

The Searchers,Red River,Angel and The Badman,Reap The Wild Wind and a few others I can't think of right now

He was disgusting in that film.Seeing him giving a tender, passionate kiss to a little girl is something I won't forget in an hurry.:(

Going through this thread again, Eddie Murphy was also a villain in Nutty Professor 1

And obviously by the title vice versa meant actors who had never played good guys, should have been clearer with that

James Dean. But then, he had ever made 3 films only!

He's kind of a baddie in Giant- or at least, not the hero

Hugh Grant was definitely the baddie in the Woody Allen movie Small Time Crooks.

    don't overlook Paddington 2 either :)
On the flip side, did Bette Davis ever play anyone nice?

Chris Evans hasn't played a villian - unless you count his current role on Broadway. But really he's not a villian there either, just a lying cheating scumbag.

    Molly Ringwald, possibly.

Which then makes me think of Breakfast Club costars Emilio Estevez and Ally Sheedy? (I know for certain Judd Nelson and Anthony Michael Hall have played villains).

Depending what side you agree with, I would say he could be classed as a villian on Captain America: Civil War.

Even though I am, and will always be, Team Cap. There were no villains in Civil War apart from Zemo.
