Bad news for Nicolo if this is true. I feel that if he had a chance to perform another song he'd win more people over. Who knows if this survey is actually representative though.

Also of note, John did quite well. Let's hope that's the case.

I'm sure 1 Direction will have got more votes than that, especially teens make up a higher % of the voters early on. Happy but slightly doubtful about John doing so well there. And I hope Nicolo isn't actually in the Bottom 3 but I wouldn't be surprised if it's accurate unfortunately.

Bottom four are FYD, Belle Amie and Nicolo, who appear to have no votes at all, and Diva Fever with 1 vote.

Top four would be Mary, Aiden, Treyc and John.

I can see this being the bottom 3, which is a shame as there's no way in hell Simon will lose two acts in one go on the first show, despite Nicolo being better than both of them.

A sample of 100 can be accurate, if it's composed of a representative sample that is matched to those people who actually vote. However, as nobody really knows the exact demography of the phone vote, I'd say it's like tacking jelly to the wall.

100 people isn't remotely enough to survey a show pulling in 14.5m viewers in the UK alone, and there are also voters in Ireland.

And you don't need a survey to tell you that Mary and Aiden are sailing through this week.
