Any scope to re-negotiate this do u think with Virgin:

    Bundle Charges

    Talk Weekends
    Fully Itemised Billing
    T V Size: X L
    2 Additional V Box
    V+ HD Monthly Fee
    TiVo Monthly Fee
    Extra Set Top Box Discount
    Broadband Size: L
    Loyalty Customer

    Bundle Charges total
    £54.14
    Promotional offer(s)
    CR £11.00

    Total excluding line rental £43.14

(You'Re Receiving A £11 Loyalty Discount. If You Change Your Package You May Lose This Discount Which Will End 01-DEC-13 )

One of the extra boxes they gave without charge is in cupboard, we don't watch hardly any of the tv channels but the kids will lose a couple of the ones if we downgraded. Any advice or am I getting such a good deal that there is no scope to change?

That's cheaper than what I pay for pretty much the same package on mates rates (L broadband is 60 Mb right?). Are you sure that this includes the recent price increase?

    V+ HD Monthly Fee
    TiVo Monthly Fee
    Broadband L (Up To 30mb)

I have only just noticed this but it says I have a V Box but it is V+HD box. I better not be paying for that and the monthly fee.

Promotional offer(s) You'Re Receiving A Loyalty Discount It's For £11. If You Change Your Package You May Lose This Discount. Which Will End 30-SEP-14

    CR £11.00

    Phone line rental total:

    £14.99

Plus Sky Sports at half price for 3 months

    £12.50 ish pm.

So in total about £60 ish pm. Sounds good to me.

Although my last bill (21st Feb) was £98.54 as I cancelled Sky movies and HD a few weeks ago. A bit confusing lol :D.

We only have cable XL package with Sky Sports and Sky Movies and 10 normal HD channels, but pay around £85 a month!! Only got the V-HD box two months ago but this seems very expensive!!!!. We dont have Sky Sports HD ot Sky Movies HD. Perfectly happy with our other landline and internet providers so dont want to change. Phoning Virgin is also a pain in the ass as we dont have a password on the account but they keep asking for one, also my Dad who is almost 80 got one of the security questions wrong so we couldnt ask about the bill, on the verge of leaving now!!!!

Less than yesterday, when I saw the following phoned up CS this morning had a little chat and got a reduction; not half price but as some one else says 'every little helps'

Since I only joined Virgin 2 days ago :)

    60mb BB
    XL TV
    Talk Unlimited + Line Rental
    1TB Tivo (Free)

£43.99 for 12 months, then £67.99 for the last 6 months of the minimum period. I'm also getting the additional box, even though I don't need it. I was advised to keep it anyway as it wouldn't affect the price and also that I could possibly send it back after the first year for a possible further reduction.

Also Free Installation and £75 quid off my first bill, making it only £17 :)

I think it's about time I called Virgin for a better deal. I'm currently on

    V+ HD box
    TV XL
Broadband XL (60Mb) (though work pay for this)
Talk evenings and weekends + 08 calls.
    Sky Sports package

    Cost £95 per month

I'd be tempted to upgrade to Tivo if they offered me a reduced deal. Unfortunately, Sky Sports is non-negotiable.
